Do you want to build houses but don't want to get your shoes muddy? Join the ReStore team! 

The ReStore in Taylors is the biggest and busiest, has the most frequent donation deliveries, and is most in need of skilled volunteers who can clean small engine items, complete minor repairs to appliances and light fixtures, or electronic donations. 

During orientation we'll cover the basics in the Welcome manual, fill out an application and waiver. Afterwards we'll tour the ReStore, learn all the varied departments, meet ReStore staff and other volunteers.

Come join us on Rutherford Road and learn how volunteering your time and skills at the ReStore will help us keep building! This is the very first ReStore in Greenville County. They're located downtown and their greatest need is maintaining The Yard, the outside sales-floor consisting predominately of bathroom fixtures (toilets, sinks, tubs) and windows.

During orientation we'll cover the basics in the Welcome manual, fill out an application and waiver. Afterwards we'll tour the ReStore, learn all the varied departments, meet ReStore staff and other volunteers.

Do you like to accomplish big projects in a small amount of time? Do you want to get your workout while you’re volunteering? Each week on Thursday, the ReStore in Simpsonville receives deliveries from the donations truck. Our small staff is in need of a few good volunteers to help unload the truck and begin processing donations as they arrive. The ideal volunteer for this position will be available on Thursday afternoons for two to four hours to move large quantities of heavy items, mostly furniture.

ReStore volunteers earn a shopping discount while they support the mission of providing homes for our community's families in need through sales of donated items.
